No. The REGO 60A is a 12V-only controller and is not compatible with 24V battery banks.

AGM/sealed, GEL, flooded, lithium (LFP) and a USER mode that lets you program custom charge voltages through the app.
How much solar can I connect?
Up to 800W at 12V, with a maximum open-circuit voltage of 100V and maximum input current of 50A. Renogy advises combining similar panels and staying under the voltage limit.
