1. Scope and Intent
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Your Tech Haven website, operated by Rachel’s Ventures LLC located at www.yourtechhaven.com ("Website").

Standard Returns (Most Products)
You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. A restocking fee of up to 25 % may apply depending on the product or manufacturer. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the return.

We want you to love your purchase — but we understand that sometimes things change.
Change of Mind (Buyer’s Remorse)
If you wish to return a product that is in perfect working condition, we offer two options:

Option 1: Easy Pickup

We’ll arrange pickup and provide call tags.

A refund will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee and all return shipping costs, after we receive the item in original packaging and working condition.

Option 2: Self-Ship

You may ship the item back at your own cost.

Once received in good working order and original packaging, we will issue a refund minus the 25% restocking fee.

All returns must be pre-authorized by our team. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
Damaged Items
While every product is carefully packaged, transit damage can happen. Here’s what to do:

Courier Shipment Damage (FedEx, UPS, etc.):

Must be reported within 21 days of delivery.

Keep all packaging until we confirm the next steps.

Photos of the damage are required.

Freight / Pallet Shipment Damage (LTL):

Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours.

For visible damage: mark the delivery receipt with “Subject to Inspection” or reject the delivery.

Retain the entire shipment until we advise otherwise.

We’ll work with you and Ram Game Room to ensure a smooth claim process.
Autel Robotics Policy
We proudly offer Autel Robotics drones and accessories as an authorized dealer through trusted distributor partnerships.
Return Policy
Due to the specialized nature of high-performance drone equipment, all Autel Robotics product sales are final. However, we understand that exceptions may arise under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns:

Product arrived defective or damaged during transit

Incorrect item shipped
To be considered for return, the item must be:

Unused and in original, unopened packaging

Complete with all original accessories, manuals, and inserts

Reported within 7 days of delivery
Return requests must be pre-approved in writing. Any return without prior approval will be refused.
Refund Policy
Once an eligible return is received and inspected:

You will be notified via email of approval or rejection

If approved, a refund will be processed minus shipping and handling, and may include a restocking fee of up to 15%
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after inspection.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a shipping error or confirmed defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
For safety and tracking, we recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service.
Warranty Support
All Autel Robotics products sold by Your Tech Haven are backed by manufacturer warranty. We are happy to assist you in contacting Autel’s official technical support for eligible warranty claims.

Felix Printers Policy
At Your Tech Haven, we proudly offer genuine Felixprinters 3D systems — precision-crafted in the Netherlands for professional use.
Because each machine is built to high-spec standards and supported by manufacturer service, we follow industry-standard policies to ensure transparency and reliability:
Returns & Cancellations • All sales of Felixprinters 3D printers are final. • Returns are not accepted unless pre-approved in writing by Felixprinters. • We cannot process cancellations once your order has been accepted and is in production or shipment. • This aligns with FelixPrinters’ General Sales Terms (Clause 6.2 & 6.4), which state that returns require prior written consent and cancellations are not guaranteed.
Refunds
Refunds may only be considered if:
• A return has been approved by FelixPrinters
• The item is returned in its original, unused condition, and
• It passes inspection by FelixPrinters and/or Your Tech Haven
If a refund is granted, it will be issued to your original payment method, minus any restocking or processing fees.
Damaged or Faulty Items
• Please inspect your package upon delivery.
• If your item is damaged or appears defective, notify us within 48 hours of receiving it
• Email us at support@yourtechhaven.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue
• We will promptly coordinate with the Felix technical support team in the Netherlands on your behalf
Manufacturer Warranty
All Felix 3D printers include a 12-month manufacturer warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This does not cover: • Wear and tear • Damage from misuse, improper installation, or third-party modification
For warranty support, our team will assist in submitting your case to FelixPrinters and ensuring smooth communication.

All Felix products sold by Your Tech Haven are shipped brand new, directly from authorised channels.

Valley-Dynamo Policy
Refund & Return Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING
Our products are manufactured and warrantied by Valley-Dynamo (Valley, Dynamo, Tornado brands).
To keep prices fair and ensure every customer receives factory-fresh equipment, all sales are final once an order has been placed and production has begun.
No Refunds or Buyer’s Remorse Returns
Valley-Dynamo does not accept returns or issue refunds on game tables (pool, air hockey, foosball, or darts) once shipped from the factory.
Accordingly, YourTechHaven cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or accept returns for non-defective items.
Please confirm all product details, dimensions, power requirements, and access to your space before placing an order.
Warranty & Defect Coverage

All new Valley-Dynamo products include the manufacturer’s limited warranty:

One (1) year on structural and operational components.
-
Ninety (90) days on replacement parts, batteries, and chargers.
-

If you experience a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, contact us with your serial number, proof of purchase, and photos/video of the issue.

Warranty service is handled through Valley-Dynamo’s Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Items returned without an RMA will be refused or returned at the buyer’s expense.

The manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair, upgrade, or replace defective parts. Refunds are not provided.
Freight Shipping & Damage Claims

All tables ship via freight curbside delivery. You must inspect the shipment at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork before signing.

Any concealed damage must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
-
Shipping damage claims filed outside this window may not be honored.
-
Freight, installation, and removal costs are not covered under warranty.
Final Sale Policy
Because every table is built to order and freight shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the build has started.
Attempting to return merchandise without authorization will result in refusal of delivery and additional shipping charges billed to the buyer.
Arachnid Policy
Refund & Return Policy — Arachnid Products
All Arachnid (Spider, Galaxy, Cricket, etc.) products you purchase from YourTechHaven are subject to the following terms:
No Buyer’s Remorse Refund Once Order Is Processed
Once an order is confirmed, processed, or production begins (e.g. specialized features or custom options), it is non-cancellable and non-refundable for reasons of change of mind.
30-Day Return / Exchange (Unused / Unopened Only)
If you are not satisfied with your Arachnid product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets all of these conditions:

The item is unused, unassembled, unopened, and in original packaging

All parts, accessories, and documentation are intact
-
You request the return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us before sending it back
We will not accept returns of products that have been used, assembled, modified, or installed.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

You, the buyer, are responsible for all return freight/shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect

A restocking fee of 20% may be applied to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging

Credit card / payment processing fees (non-refundable) may also be deducted
Warranty & Defective Parts

Arachnid’s factory warranty (as per manufacturer) is honored. For defects in materials or workmanship, we will assist you in securing repair or replacement components.

You must contact us with proof of purchase (invoice, serial number, photos) and follow the RMA process prior to returning any item. Returns sent without RMA may be refused or returned at your expense.

For warranty returns, you are responsible for shipping to us (or to manufacturer) unless otherwise agreed.
-
As seen in their manuals, customers are often responsible for freight costs to return items even for warranty service.
Shipping Damage & Missing Items

Inspect your shipment carefully at delivery. Note any visible damage on the freight delivery form before signing.

Concealed damage (hidden damage) must be reported within 7 days with photos.

If damage is confirmed, we’ll coordinate repairs or replacements via warranty or freight insurance — but not full refunds for used items.
Final Sale & Exclusions

Some Arachnid models or custom options may be final sale / not returnable — this will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Items returned in unsatisfactory condition (used, missing parts, damaged packaging) will be refused or refunded only to the extent they remain resaleable.

Customers in the United States and other regions where we operate have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason, subject to the conditions outlined below.
