This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased from our website, www.yourtechhaven.com .

RAM GameRoom Policy

Shipping Policy — RAM Game Room Products 

 

We ship all RAM Game Room products from U.S.-based warehouses to ensure faster delivery and reduced import complexity.


Order Processing & Lead Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take additional lead time (you’ll be notified if this applies).

  • During holidays or peak seasons, processing may be delayed; we’ll keep you updated if that affects your order.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Options

 

Many RAM Game Room items are large or heavy and will ship via freight / LTL (Less-Than-Truckload). For these shipments, customers may select from delivery service levels such as:

  • Curbside delivery – truck delivers to curb; you are responsible for unloading

  • Liftgate service – driver uses liftgate to lower crate; still to curbside

  • Threshold / garage delivery – placed at your doorstep or garage

  • Inside delivery / room-of-choice / white glove – additional cost, includes moving inside and sometimes setup (request quote)

 

Smaller items or accessories may ship via standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx) depending on size/weight.


Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipping)

  • Freight / LTL deliveries: 5–10 business days (often depending on distance)

  • Standard parcel / small items: 2–7 business days, depending on carrier and zone

 

These timelines begin after the item leaves our warehouse.

 

Inspection & Claims

  • Inspect your items at delivery. If you see visible damage, note it on the bill of lading before signing.

  • Take clear photos of packaging and damaged parts, and contact us within 24–48 hours to report.

  • If damage is concealed (not visible on delivery), notify us ASAP with photos and details.

  • Failure to note visible damage on delivery may void eligibility for claims with the freight carrier.


 Additional Delivery Considerations

  • If you request delivery services beyond standard curbside (inside, white glove, remote location, etc.), extra fees will apply.

  • Missed delivery appointments or inability to contact you may incur storage or return fees.

  • If the product is too large to fit through your doorways or elevator, any dismantling, reassembly, or additional handling cost is your responsibility.


International & Remote Territory Shipping

  • At this time, we ship RAM Game Room products to U.S. destinations only

  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or outside the U.S. may require a freight forwarder or special quote

Autel Robotics Policy

Shipping Policy — Autel Robotics (For U.S. Orders)

 

At Your Tech Haven, we proudly offer genuine Autel Robotics products through authorized U.S. distributors. Our goal is to ensure fast, secure, and transparent delivery every time.


Order Processing Time

  • All Autel orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day typically begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will process the next business day.

Please note: During promotional periods or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the item & packaging

  • Order number & contact info

We’ll file a claim and assist with a resolution.

Lost in transit? Reach out ASAP — we’ll trace and replace if eligible.


 International Shipping

Autel Robotics products are currently only shipped within the U.S. For international orders, please contact us for options.

Transit times begin once the item ships, not from the order date.

Delivery Times

Lead times for delivery within the US are usually between 6-8 weeks.

 

FJDynamics Policy

Shipping Policy — FJ Dynamics Products 

We deliver FJ Dynamics products from authorized U.S. warehouses or via direct factory shipping, depending on stock availability.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • If items ship from factory or an overseas warehouse, expect longer lead times (5–12 business days) as noted by FJ Dynamics. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • When shipping from U.S. warehouses, standard delivery is 3–7 business days via FedEx or similar carriers. 

  • Heavier orders (exceeding ~67 kg) may be split into multiple shipments to optimize freight handling. 

  • In cases of freight or bulky items, you may be contacted to select additional delivery options (liftgate, curbside, etc.).

Free Shipping & Thresholds

  • Some FJ products are eligible for free U.S. shipping (lower 48 states) when the item listing qualifies. 

  • Free shipping typically applies to standard delivery to your curb — extra services (inside delivery, white glove) may incur additional charges.

 Inspection & Claims

  • Please inspect the package at delivery. If you see visible damage, refuse the delivery or note “Subject to Inspection” on the receipt.

  • Submit clear photos of any damage along with your order number to us within 48 hours.

  • For concealed damage (not apparent until unpacking), notify us immediately with photos.

  • We’ll coordinate with carriers and FJ Dynamics for claims and resolution.

International & Remote Shipping

  • We currently do not offer standard international shipping for FJ Dynamics products.

  • If international orders are possible, they will require a special quote and may incur additional duties, taxes, or customs delays.

Valley-Dynamo Policy

Shipping & Lead Time Policy — Valley & Dynamo Products (U.S.)

 

Order Processing & Lead Time

  • Orders are confirmed within one (1) business day after purchase.

  • Many Valley and Dynamo tables are built to order. Typical lead times range from 4 to 10 weeks depending on the model, finish, and factory schedule.

  • Lead time estimates are not guaranteed and may change due to production schedules or supply chain delays.

 

Freight Delivery

  • Large items (pool tables, air hockey, foosball tables) ship via freight truck service. These products cannot ship by standard parcel carriers.

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 8 business days depending on location and carrier.

  • Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment (weekday, with a time window).

 

Delivery Options

  • Standard delivery is curbside. The driver will place the pallet at the end of your driveway or nearest safe point.

  • Optional services such as liftgate, inside delivery, or white-glove installation may be available for an additional charge.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the table will fit through doorways, hallways, and the intended delivery path.

 

Inspection & Damage Claims

  • Inspect your shipment carefully at the time of delivery.

  • Note any visible damage on the freight bill before signing.

  • Report any concealed (hidden) damage within 7 calendar days of delivery and include photos.

  • Keep all packaging until your table is fully inspected and you are sure there is no damage, as packaging may be required for claims.

 

Backorders & Custom Orders

  • Some models or finishes may be on backorder. If your order is delayed, we will notify you with the updated estimated lead time.

  • Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Standard curbside freight shipping is included or quoted at checkout.

  • Additional services (stairs, inside placement, assembly) are not included and may require a custom delivery quote.

  • Return freight costs, if a return is approved under warranty or policy, are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

Arachnid Policy

 

Shipping & Lead Time Policy — Arachnid / Spider 360 Products

 


Order Processing & Lead Time

 

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from when payment is confirmed.

  • For standard, in-stock items, we aim to ship within 1–3 business days.

  • For higher-end dartboards or units requiring freight / crating, lead times are typically 7–10 business days before shipment.

  • These lead times are estimates and may extend due to factory backlog, parts delays, or customization requests.

 


Shipping Methods & Delivery

 

  • Light items (under ~20 lbs) are usually shipped via USPS; heavier items may ship via UPS or freight.

  • For full dartboard units or units requiring crating, shipping is done via LTL freight / common carrier.

  • Freight deliveries are curbside only — the carrier will not deliver inside your building or through your driveway by default.

  • Liftgate and other special services may be available in some locations for extra charge, but are not guaranteed.

  • The carrier will typically call you 1–3 business days before delivery to schedule a drop-off window.

  • You, as the buyer, are responsible for unloading the crate or box — the driver usually will not assist.

 


Inspection & Damage Claims

 

  • You must inspect the shipment at delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork (Bill of Lading).

  • For concealed damage, you must report it within 72 hours (or 7 days, depending on the seller) with photos.

  • Failure to note visible damage or report concealed damage within that timeframe may void your ability to claim replacements or repairs.

 


Custom / Large / Heavy Units

 

  • Some units or finishes may be custom built or require special crating. These may require longer lead times (beyond 7–10 business days) and cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.

  • We will notify you if your order is custom or subject to extended lead times before confirming it.

 


Delivery Costs & Freight Charges

 

  • The listing price may include standard curbside freight for many locations within the continental U.S.

  • Additional delivery services (inside delivery, liftgate, hoisting, etc.) require extra fees quoted at checkout.

  • Return freight (if a return is accepted under warranty or special cases) is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):

Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders over $50.

Flat Rate Shipping: $5 flat rate for orders under $50.

  • International Shipping:

Standard International Shipping: $15 flat rate.

  • Customs and Duties:

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your local government.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • No Hidden Fees:

All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

There are no hidden fees.

4. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day.

Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

Delayed Delivery:

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@yourtechhaven.com or +1 (307) 301-2019.

 

Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

Verify the shipping address provided.

Check with neighbours or building management.

8.2 Damaged Packages

Take photos of the damaged packaging and items.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

 

9. Missing Items

  •  Reporting Missing Items:

If any items are missing from your order:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s).

  •  Resolution:

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly by sending the missing item(s) or offering a refund.

 

10. Return and Refund Policy

  •  Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Certain items (e.g., personalized or perishable goods) may not be eligible for return.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described.

Company Responsibility: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  •  Refunds:
