We want you to love your purchase — but we understand that sometimes things change.

Change of Mind (Buyer’s Remorse)

If you wish to return a product that is in perfect working condition, we offer two options:

  • Option 1: Easy Pickup

    • We’ll arrange pickup and provide call tags.

    • A refund will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee and all return shipping costs, after we receive the item in original packaging and working condition.

  • Option 2: Self-Ship

    • You may ship the item back at your own cost.

    • Once received in good working order and original packaging, we will issue a refund minus the 25% restocking fee.

All returns must be pre-authorized by our team. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

Damaged Items

While every product is carefully packaged, transit damage can happen. Here’s what to do:

  • Courier Shipment Damage (FedEx, UPS, etc.):

    • Must be reported within 21 days of delivery.

    • Keep all packaging until we confirm the next steps.

    • Photos of the damage are required.

  • Freight / Pallet Shipment Damage (LTL):

    • Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours.

    • For visible damage: mark the delivery receipt with “Subject to Inspection” or reject the delivery.

    • Retain the entire shipment until we advise otherwise.

We’ll work with you and Ram Game Room to ensure a smooth claim process.

Shipping Policy — RAM Game Room Products 

We ship all RAM Game Room products from U.S.-based warehouses to ensure faster delivery and reduced import complexity.


Order Processing & Lead Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take additional lead time (you’ll be notified if this applies).

  • During holidays or peak seasons, processing may be delayed; we’ll keep you updated if that affects your order.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Options

Many RAM Game Room items are large or heavy and will ship via freight / LTL (Less-Than-Truckload). For these shipments, customers may select from delivery service levels such as:

  • Curbside delivery – truck delivers to curb; you are responsible for unloading

  • Liftgate service – driver uses liftgate to lower crate; still to curbside

  • Threshold / garage delivery – placed at your doorstep or garage

  • Inside delivery / room-of-choice / white glove – additional cost, includes moving inside and sometimes setup (request quote)

Smaller items or accessories may ship via standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx) depending on size/weight.


Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipping)

  • Freight / LTL deliveries: 5–10 business days (often depending on distance)

  • Standard parcel / small items: 2–7 business days, depending on carrier and zone

These timelines begin after the item leaves our warehouse.

Inspection & Claims

  • Inspect your items at delivery. If you see visible damage, note it on the bill of lading before signing.

  • Take clear photos of packaging and damaged parts, and contact us within 24–48 hours to report.

  • If damage is concealed (not visible on delivery), notify us ASAP with photos and details.

  • Failure to note visible damage on delivery may void eligibility for claims with the freight carrier.


 Additional Delivery Considerations

  • If you request delivery services beyond standard curbside (inside, white glove, remote location, etc.), extra fees will apply.

  • Missed delivery appointments or inability to contact you may incur storage or return fees.

  • If the product is too large to fit through your doorways or elevator, any dismantling, reassembly, or additional handling cost is your responsibility.


International & Remote Territory Shipping

  • At this time, we ship RAM Game Room products to U.S. destinations only

  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or outside the U.S. may require a freight forwarder or special quote
