Building on the rugged, tournament-tested Panther ZD-12 platform, the ZD12-X adds programmable pricing software, integrated league-dues management, USB printer compatibility, and multiple modern payment options — including PayRange and card reader readiness.


Designed for bars, pool halls, arcades, and entertainment venues that want to boost revenue and simplify management, the ZD12-X also features an upgraded 18-amp battery & charger for longer life and quick recharges, a fully self-contained DBA bill acceptor ($1–$20), and smart battery protection software to minimize maintenance.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

Our products are manufactured and warrantied by Valley-Dynamo (Valley, Dynamo, Tornado brands).

To keep prices fair and ensure every customer receives factory-fresh equipment, all sales are final once an order has been placed and production has begun.

No Refunds or Buyer’s Remorse Returns

Valley-Dynamo does not accept returns or issue refunds on game tables (pool, air hockey, foosball, or darts) once shipped from the factory.

Accordingly, YourTechHaven cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or accept returns for non-defective items.

Please confirm all product details, dimensions, power requirements, and access to your space before placing an order.

Warranty & Defect Coverage

  • All new Valley-Dynamo products include the manufacturer’s limited warranty:

    • One (1) year on structural and operational components.

    • Ninety (90) days on replacement parts, batteries, and chargers.

  • If you experience a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, contact us with your serial number, proof of purchase, and photos/video of the issue.

  • Warranty service is handled through Valley-Dynamo’s Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Items returned without an RMA will be refused or returned at the buyer’s expense.

  • The manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair, upgrade, or replace defective parts. Refunds are not provided.

Freight Shipping & Damage Claims

  • All tables ship via freight curbside delivery. You must inspect the shipment at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork before signing.

  • Any concealed damage must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • Shipping damage claims filed outside this window may not be honored.

  • Freight, installation, and removal costs are not covered under warranty.

Final Sale Policy

Because every table is built to order and freight shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the build has started.

Attempting to return merchandise without authorization will result in refusal of delivery and additional shipping charges billed to the buyer.

Shipping & Lead Time Policy — Valley & Dynamo Products (U.S.)

Order Processing & Lead Time

  • Orders are confirmed within one (1) business day after purchase.

  • Many Valley and Dynamo tables are built to order. Typical lead times range from 4 to 10 weeks depending on the model, finish, and factory schedule.

  • Lead time estimates are not guaranteed and may change due to production schedules or supply chain delays.

Freight Delivery

  • Large items (pool tables, air hockey, foosball tables) ship via freight truck service. These products cannot ship by standard parcel carriers.

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 8 business days depending on location and carrier.

  • Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment (weekday, with a time window).

Delivery Options

  • Standard delivery is curbside. The driver will place the pallet at the end of your driveway or nearest safe point.

  • Optional services such as liftgate, inside delivery, or white-glove installation may be available for an additional charge.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the table will fit through doorways, hallways, and the intended delivery path.

Inspection & Damage Claims

  • Inspect your shipment carefully at the time of delivery.

  • Note any visible damage on the freight bill before signing.

  • Report any concealed (hidden) damage within 7 calendar days of delivery and include photos.

  • Keep all packaging until your table is fully inspected and you are sure there is no damage, as packaging may be required for claims.

Backorders & Custom Orders

  • Some models or finishes may be on backorder. If your order is delayed, we will notify you with the updated estimated lead time.

  • Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard curbside freight shipping is included or quoted at checkout.

  • Additional services (stairs, inside placement, assembly) are not included and may require a custom delivery quote.

  • Return freight costs, if a return is approved under warranty or policy, are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in writing.
